  1. Unfortunately from time to time a product may be out of stock or discontinued. If the item is out of stock we would expect to ship the item within 12 days but occasionally this may take longer due to suppliers so please allow 28 days for delivery. If the item is discontinued we will endeavour to find an identical or similar item for you to purchase instead of the item originally ordered, however if this item it not to your liking we will provide a refund for that item and postage costs if that was the only item ordered.
  2. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult material in your community, and are not offended by adult merchandise including such things as sex toys, bondage equipment, vibrators and other adult products. By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.
  3. All goods sold through this site are sold as ‘novelty goods’. The vendor M & L. Hawkins cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use.
  4. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
  5. All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped.
  6. Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns unless they are faulty. Send the item back with a note stating the problem, and the order reference for the original purchase and we will exchange the item for you, or provide a full refund if this is not possible.
