All products are shipped to you in brown boxes with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
We offer one great flat rate for postage, just £2.50 no matter how much you order. If you make a large purchase we shallow the extra postage costs as a thank you for choosing us!
All goods that are dispatched are sent by Recorded service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours, providing a fully discreet and confidential service.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same working day during office hours or the next working day. If for any reason the item is out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods within 12 days but please allow 28 days for delivery of all items.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep the package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us and you will be subject to an additional charge before the item can be re-shipped.
At present we only deliver to the UK, however we are hoping to be able to deliver worldwide soon. Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.
- Unfortunately for some remote parts of the country the postage charges may be slightly higher. If you live in a remote location please contact us and we will endeavor to give you a postage price as quickly as possible.
